How delivery works
- Get a quote. Request a quote or call (405) 817-5788 with your address, grass type, and square footage.
- Pick a day. We schedule around harvest, weather, and your project. Fresh sod should go down soon after it’s cut, so plan to be ready to lay it.
- We unload by forklift. Our forklift is 8.5 ft wide, so it needs that much clear access to reach the drop spot.
- Lay it the same day. Have your ground prepared before the truck arrives. Not sure how? See our FAQ, or let us install it for you.
No one needs to be home on delivery day. Mark where you want the pallets set down, tell us about gates or tight spots on the quote form, and book at least 1 to 2 days ahead.
Delivery fees and access
- Small orders: Deliveries under 2 pallets include a $100 upcharge.
- Tight access: If the forklift can’t reach the spot (gates narrower than 8.5 ft, steep slopes, backyards with no access), pallets have to be wheelbarrowed in, at $75 per pallet.
- Final pricing is confirmed by Apex Sod after we know your address and access.
